Executive Director

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to serve as the chief executive officer, responsible for the leadership, management, and administration of the organization. The successful candidate will work with the Board of Directors to uphold the strategic vision and achieve the mission, goals, and objectives. This role involves inspiring and leading employees, maintaining strategic partnerships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs that meet or exceed safety and licensing requirements. The Executive Director will also oversee the development and implementation of the annual budget, lead in fundraising efforts, and serve as the primary spokesperson for the organization. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' senior management experience, with a preference for those with a background in nonprofit and multi-program organization management. The role requires a visionary, collaborative leader with a proven track record in organizational development, staff management, and strategic planning. Strong interpersonal skills, integrity, and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships are essential. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master's degree preferred, and the ability to articulate a philosophy of education that supports the diverse needs of children. Experience in early childhood education programs and knowledge of relevant policies and legislation are also preferred.
