The Company is seeking a Market President to provide strategic direction and leadership for a health plan, overseeing its daily operations and driving growth. Responsibilities include managing employees, achieving profitability and membership goals, directing operational and quality assurance activities, and reporting results to the governing board. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic plans and budgets, overseeing regulatory and legislative affairs, and building strong relationships with providers and other external stakeholders. The Market President will ensure the organization’s mission and values guide its operations and support improved business performance. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred. The role requires 5–10 years of leadership experience and at least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in business, government, or healthcare management.
