This leadership position involves the development and execution of annual and long-term strategic plans, as well as direct management of underwriting leaders. The role requires a strong focus on new business, retention, and customer service, and the candidate will be expected to coach, mentor, and empower their team to meet these goals. Distribution management, cycle management, and portfolio management are also key responsibilities, along with staying current on compliance and working collaboratively with various internal teams.
