Head of School

The Company seeks a Head of School to provide executive, educational, and operational leadership across its campuses. Working in partnership with the governing board, the Head will advance strategic priorities, strengthen enrollment and retention, and shape a cohesive educational pathway while respecting the distinct philosophies and cultures of its programs. Responsibilities include supporting academic quality, developing faculty and senior leaders, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative community. The role also oversees financial stewardship, facilities planning, advancement, operations, compliance, safety, and risk management. Candidates should bring significant educational leadership experience, including experience supervising and developing senior leaders and faculty; familiarity with Montessori and International Baccalaureate settings is preferred. Required strengths include board partnership, strategic planning, organizational management, enrollment strategy, financial acumen, and the ability to translate goals into measurable outcomes. The successful candidate will be an approachable, relationship-centered communicator with sound judgment, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to inclusive education and community engagement. A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree in education, leadership, or a related field is preferred. Montessori training is not required, but the ability to understand and champion its educational philosophy is essential.
