Interim Senior Director, Site Masterplanning Greater Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Area

The Company is seeking a Senior Director for Site Masterplanning to lead the end-to-end process for large-scale, multi-venue mega events. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming the client's high-level vision into a comprehensive implementation plan, encompassing venue footprint, infrastructure, resources, and timelines. This role involves heading a large multidisciplinary planning team, allocating work, and ensuring delivery is on track. The Senior Director will also be hands-on in developing masterplans, zoning, dimensioned layouts, and visitor journeys, as well as running needs assessments, feasibility studies, and benchmarking against global events. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' relevant experience, with at least two complete delivery cycles of events of comparable scale. The role requires expertise in venue master planning, zoning, and end-to-end visitor journeys, as well as a proven track record of stakeholder integration across marketing, sponsorships, influencers, and players. The Senior Director will work as a trusted advisor to senior client leadership, integrating various requirements into a cohesive site plan. The position is at a senior director grade and demands a high level of commitment, with the possibility of a long-term contract and remote work.
