Senior Litigation Counsel

The Company is in search of a Senior Litigation Counsel or Partner-Level Attorney with a focus on ERISA and financial services litigation. The successful candidate will be part of a nationally recognized plaintiffs' litigation firm and will be involved in high-stakes, multi-million-dollar class actions against major corporations and financial institutions. This senior-level role demands a professional with a strong background in complex litigation, capable of taking on significant responsibility and managing sophisticated cases from strategy through to resolution. Applicants for this position should be seasoned plaintiff-side litigators with a proven track record in handling complex class action matters. The role requires a candidate with strong research, writing, case strategy, and litigation skills, who is adept at working on high-value, multi-million-dollar cases. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in complex litigation and be prepared to engage in sophisticated legal battles against major national entities. The position is primarily in-office with some hybrid flexibility and is based in the San Diego/La Jolla area.
