Vice President of Finance, Corporate Controller Greater San Francisco, CA Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller to build and lead accounting operations across its domestic and international entities. The role owns the month-end close, financial systems, and audits, while ensuring accurate consolidation, revenue recognition, and equity accounting. Responsibilities include selecting and implementing a scalable ERP, establishing accounting policies and internal controls, and delivering clear financial reporting and technical guidance to executive leadership and the Board. The successful candidate will also build a distributed accounting team and scale processes through automation. Candidates should have at least 12 years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience, including Controller or VP-level experience at a high-growth venture-backed or public technology company. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and an active CPA license are required, along with a record of leading an end-to-end ERP implementation. Expert knowledge of US GAAP, international multi-entity consolidation, and corporate tax structures is essential, as is experience managing teams across countries and scaling finance through major funding or debt milestones. Experience with equity administration, stock-based compensation, automation, and public-company reporting controls is preferred.
