Vice President, Commercial Services

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Commercial Services to lead commercial and business lending operations, including commercial real estate, commercial and industrial lending, loan servicing, collections, and business deposits. The role oversees the full commercial loan lifecycle and works with senior leadership to develop and execute strategies, programs, budgets, and operational plans. Responsibilities include setting production goals, maintaining compliant policies and underwriting standards, monitoring portfolio performance, and reporting to senior management and the board. The VP will also manage vendor relationships, drive process improvements, and lead, coach, and develop teams while collaborating across the organization on strategic initiatives. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field, or equivalent experience, and at least 10 years of progressively responsible commercial lending and management experience, including two years in commercial underwriting. Required qualifications include knowledge of commercial lending, business banking, collections regulations, and lending tools and data analytics. The role also calls for strong project management, communication, relationship-building, and team leadership skills, along with the ability to work independently and deliver results. Proficiency with standard office software is required; experience with a core banking system is preferred.
