Vice President, Project Delivery

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Project Delivery to strengthen regional project execution across Latin America and the Caribbean. The role connects country and location teams with broader delivery and specialist capabilities, translating strategic priorities into practical plans and supporting priority pursuits and projects. Responsibilities include improving customer confidence and project outcomes, coordinating expertise across teams, standardizing delivery practices, and strengthening governance, assurance, and quality. The executive will also develop regional capability, coach leaders, support mobilization and workshare, and drive disciplined reviews, forecasting, risk management, and continuous improvement. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related field; professional certification or postgraduate study is preferred. They should bring approximately 15 or more years of progressive project delivery leadership, including early development, front-end loading, and EPC/EPCM execution, with broad experience across engineering, project controls, procurement, and construction. Strong commercial judgment, experience in geographically distributed and multicultural environments, and the ability to influence within complex matrix organizations are essential. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, while Portuguese is an advantage.
