Group Chief Medical Officer (CMO)

The Company is seeking a Group Chief Medical Officer to lead the clinical development strategy across multiple therapeutic areas globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and prioritizing the clinical development strategy, providing clinical and medical governance, and overseeing global registration strategy, including dual filing and multi-regional trials. This role requires a professional with a PhD or MD, a multinational corporate and biotech blended background, and a strong reputation with experience in both China and the US. The ideal candidate will have a broad clinical development expertise across multiple therapeutic areas, experience with complex biologics and large molecules, and a proven track record in global registration, particularly in the China and US markets. Key requirements for the role include a strategic and matrix leadership approach, the ability to build and develop clinical and medical teams, and experience in partnering with regulatory authorities, KOLs, and health authorities. The role demands a leader who can represent the medical voice of the company externally and is comfortable working in a cross-functional environment. The Group Chief Medical Officer will also be involved in supporting the business development team with medical due diligence and value judgment on assets.
