Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Industrial Sector

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for its industrial sector in China. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and implementing medium and long-term business strategies in line with the global development framework. This includes conducting in-depth analysis of local industry policies, market demands, and competition patterns to define local market positioning, customer segmentation, and channel layout rules. The role also involves leading the transformation from a product-selling to a total-solution model, building a localized total solution system, and ensuring its commercialization. The CEO will be accountable for the full P&L management of the regional business, including core operational indicators and annual budget assessments. Applicants for the CEO position should have a Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 10 years' of experience in the high-end machinery, industrial equipment, or industrial automation industry. A strong background in sales and commercial operations, including front-line sales practice, sales management, and experience in large-scale project negotiation, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full P&L management, the ability to coordinate business growth, cost optimization, and profit management, and be fluent in English for daily cross-border business communication. The role requires a leader with stable executive ability, decision-making skills, and the capacity to adapt to an autonomous regional business operation mode while adhering to rigorous and standardized business management logic.
