The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in the strategic and capital markets aspects of the business. The successful candidate will be deeply involved in the formulation of the company's strategy, resource allocation, and significant operational decisions, with a focus on supporting the company's growth and transition to a more mature, capitalized state. This role demands a professional who can oversee the financial management system at a group level, lead in the planning of capital pathways, and manage investor relations, effectively integrating the core modules of business and financial management with capital operations. As the CFO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's long-term financial strategy and capital planning, ensuring alignment with business development and strategic objectives. The role also involves comprehensive oversight of budget management, financial reporting, operational analysis, cost control, and tax planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, particularly within the industrial or manufacturing sector, and be well-versed in both Chinese financial regulations and international financial standards. Key requirements include a high-level degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, and professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent. The CFO will also be expected to have a proven track record in financial and capital operations, with experience in high-growth technology or industrial companies being a distinct advantage.
