Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in the formulation and execution of global financial strategies, particularly to support the company's overseas expansion and core business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading private fundraising, cross-border M&A, and IPO preparation, as well as expanding global funding channels and optimizing the capital structure. This role also involves overseeing global financial operations, establishing efficient budgeting, tax planning, compliance, and risk control systems, and acting as a core business partner to provide in-depth financial analysis and decision support for various business initiatives. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' financial management experience, with a preference for those who have previously held CFO or VP of Finance roles in MNCs, renewable energy, or high-tech sectors. A proven track record in leading major fundraising or IPOs, along with strong networks and resources within investment communities and financial institutions, is essential. The ideal candidate will be proficient in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), familiar with tax and compliance policies, and cross-border fund management in key overseas markets. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required, as is a strong background in strategic commercial acumen, leadership, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
