Vice President, Global Markets Greater Shanghai, China Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Global Markets with a focus on Interest Rate Swaps (IRS) trading. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding the IRS trading business across CNY and USD markets. This includes executing trading strategies, managing market risks, and providing market-making, pricing, and execution support to institutional and corporate clients. The role also involves driving client flow business, structuring customized interest rate hedging solutions, and monitoring market developments that impact rates markets. Collaboration with various internal stakeholders is essential to support business growth, and the candidate is expected to ensure full compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk governance standards. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant discipline and a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in CNY and USD IRS trading, preferably from leading financial institutions. Strong analytical, quantitative, and commercial acumen, as well as a business development mindset, are required. The role demands the ability to generate sustainable trading revenues, maintain disciplined risk management, and perform effectively in a fast-paced trading environment. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills are also essential.
