Assistant Vice President, Business Technology, Cross Border & Warehouse Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President of Business Technology for cross-border and warehouse operations. The role will translate business objectives into a multi-year technology roadmap and lead teams in delivering secure, scalable solutions that support digital transformation, operational performance, and system reliability. Responsibilities include overseeing project delivery, budgets, resources, risks, architecture, and change management; advising senior stakeholders; managing vendors and service-level performance; and developing technical teams. The successful candidate will also guide feasibility and impact assessments and provide architectural sign-off to ensure solutions align with long-term business needs. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field, with PMP, CSM/CSPO, or ITIL certifications preferred. At least 10 years of IT experience, including 3–5 years in leadership, is required, along with a record of delivering complex projects and managing budgets, resources, and vendors. Strong knowledge of cross-border logistics, customs and trade compliance, warehouse operations, WMS, TMS, e-commerce platforms, and supply-chain solutions is expected. Candidates should also bring experience with APIs, EDI, ESB, .NET, and MS SQL Server, plus familiarity with cloud platforms, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and secure development practices. Strategic leadership, stakeholder communication, analytical problem-solving, and vendor and risk management skills are essential.
