Associate Vice President, Client Service Executive, Private Bank Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Client Service Executive to support relationship and investment managers in day-to-day client servicing. Responsibilities include processing client instructions and transactions, resolving account and payment issues, maintaining account relationships, and coordinating desk administration and meeting arrangements. The role also involves monitoring funds for payments, preparing client forms and loan disbursement instructions, and escalating issues promptly. The successful candidate will help deliver reliable service to high-net-worth clients while following applicable confidentiality, data protection, and cross-border requirements. Candidates should have at least seven years of relevant client service or assistant relationship management experience, including experience in private banking or wealth management. Strong teamwork, multitasking, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment are required. Applicants must be fluent in written and spoken English and hold relevant local licenses and qualifications, such as CACS Papers 1 and 2. The role also requires demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve productivity and workflows, applying sound judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
