Managing Director Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking a commercially driven Managing Director to lead its Asian operations and support the region’s profitable growth. The role carries substantial profit and loss responsibility and includes leading teams across business development, sales, customer support, and administration, while overseeing local finance, HR, and IT. Key responsibilities include executing market plans, monitoring performance, developing sales channels and strategic customer relationships, expanding into new markets, and strengthening service offerings. The Managing Director will also ensure reliable customer delivery, uphold ethical business practices, develop and retain talent, and represent the organization with external stakeholders. Candidates should have a degree, preferably in engineering, and a strong record of B2B sales and business development in engineering or technology-driven markets in Asia. The role requires international business acumen, experience with full or substantial profit and loss responsibility, and strong leadership and communication skills. Applicants should be fluent in English; Chinese language skills and experience in data communications are advantageous.
