The Company is seeking an Implementation Manager/Project Manager to oversee and manage a portfolio of highly complex and time-sensitive client implementations and projects, particularly in the areas of cash management and trade products. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of projects, total client satisfaction, and the implementation of client objectives within standard guidelines. This role involves acting as an advisor to clients, fine-tuning solutions to meet their requirements, and serving as the primary interface for all project-related activities. The Implementation Manager/Project Manager will also be expected to support the sales effort, comply with all audit, regulatory, and compliance directives, and continuously seek opportunities for process improvements. Applicants for this role at the company should have 5-7 years' of client management, implementation, or project management experience, with in-depth knowledge of cash and trade products and business processes being an advantage. Strong influencing skills, expert knowledge of MS Office products, and a project management certification such as PMP or Prince 2 are also advantageous. The role requires the ability to manage virtual teams, and proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and Japanese is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a Master's degree being a desirable qualification.
