Vice President, Operations Excellence

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Operations Excellence to lead its independent control function across the Asia Pacific portfolio. This pivotal role is responsible for setting and ensuring compliance with operating pillars, including ITIL service management, documentation management, certification and resilience, operational performance, and workforce capability. The successful candidate will own the strategy, organization design, and budget for operations excellence, and will be accountable for governance, assurance, and performance standards across a 1.8 GW hyperscale portfolio. Independence is a key principle, and the role involves leading a team that integrates with various operational and engineering functions while maintaining a clear boundary of authority and responsibility. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in operations excellence, service management, compliance, or quality assurance within data center or comparable mission-critical environments. This includes at least 6 years in a leadership position across multiple countries. The role requires proven expertise in ITIL service management, certification and audit cycles (ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and SOC 2), and experience in business continuity and crisis management. The ideal candidate will have a track record of designing and governing enterprise KPI frameworks, executive dashboards, and vendor-performance management programs. Established executive presence and fluency in English are essential, as is the ability to operate in an evolving model and a willingness to travel extensively across the Asia Pacific region.
