Vice President, International Desk Manager Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking a VP, International Desk Manager to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing inbound referral business through the International Banking Centre, digital remote journeys, and business development managers. This role involves enabling cross-functional business referrals, improving fund flow, and acquiring lead generators in the international market. The VP, International Desk Manager will work closely with corridor partners, market heads, and propositions to build a sustainable pipeline for customer acquisition and run collaborative initiatives to support the company's international wealth hub plans. To excel in this position, candidates must have a strong knowledge of the retail banking landscape, experience in acquisition or business development strategy, and a deep understanding of working with international corridors. Clear and effective communication skills, particularly in non-face-to-face engagement, and strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with sensitivity to various cultural backgrounds are essential.
