The Company is seeking a Vice President, Market Manager for North Asia. This strategic leadership role is focused on driving market growth, delivering an advice-led, CIO-powered wealth management approach, and ensuring a strong risk and control culture. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of client advisors, enhancing their skills in portfolio construction and asset allocation, and fostering a culture of agile leadership and continuous professional development. The role also involves championing digital and AI-powered operations, streamlining workflows, and leveraging data-driven insights for hyper-personalized client engagement. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' experience in wealth management, private banking, or offshore financial advisory, with a proven track record in leading client-facing advisory teams. Deep market expertise in the North Asia offshore wealth market, including regulatory landscapes and client behaviors, is essential. The role requires a leader with a strong commercial and digital mindset, capable of driving proactive business development, and ensuring strict adherence to regulatory frameworks, AML standards, and fair dealing guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, be fluent in English, and have professional proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin.
