Executive Vice President, Financial Reporting & SEC Accounting

The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President of Financial Reporting and SEC Accounting to provide strategic leadership and oversight of financial operations. Responsibilities include managing SEC filings, call report preparation, board reporting, general ledger activities, and internal and external audits. The role also oversees accounts payable and receivable, account balancing, interest-rate sensitivity and liquidity-risk reporting, budgeting, vendor management, contract review, and business continuity planning. The executive will contribute to strategic planning and promote accurate, compliant, and transparent financial reporting. Candidates should bring substantial financial leadership experience, preferably in banking, with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, financial reporting standards, and strategic financial management. Relevant expertise includes SEC reporting, call reports, general ledger oversight, audits, budgeting, and financial risk analysis. Demonstrated ability to lead complex financial operations and advise senior leadership is essential. Specific certifications are not required.
