Market President, Banking

The Company is seeking a Market President to lead and grow a local banking market. Responsibilities include driving market growth, profitability, and community presence; developing commercial, small-business, and agricultural lending relationships; and generating new loan and deposit business through business development and referral networks. The role also involves hiring and leading a high-performing team, representing the organization in community groups, and partnering with credit and senior leadership on loan structure, pricing, and portfolio quality. Candidates should have 5–10 years of banking experience and a background in commercial lending, business banking, or business development. Agricultural lending experience is an asset. Strong relationship-building and team leadership skills are essential, along with established connections in the local business community.
