Vice President of Procurement & Contracting Greater Sioux Falls, SD Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Procurement and Contracting to set the strategic direction and oversee enterprise-wide procurement and contracting. Responsibilities include leading clinical and non-clinical agreements, strategic sourcing, negotiations, supplier performance governance, and initiatives to improve standardization, cost efficiency, quality, and supply chain resilience. The VP will partner with clinical, legal, compliance, risk, finance, technology, and operational teams to ensure effective decision-making and regulatory compliance. The role also leads procurement technology and process improvements, develops internal policies, and builds a high-performing team focused on measurable results. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, supply chain management, or a related field. A master’s degree in healthcare or business administration, or a Juris Doctor, is preferred. The role requires 4–6 years of experience in negotiations, contracting, sourcing, or vendor management, along with at least 10 years of leadership experience. Strong strategic, collaboration, team-development, and communication skills are essential.
