President

The Company is seeking a President to lead a small, established business through its next stage of growth, with responsibility for strategy, operations, and financial performance. The role includes building a respectful, accountable workplace; coaching and aligning the management team; and establishing clear goals, processes, and communication rhythms. The President will support consultative retail sales, oversee production efficiency and margins, develop wholesale and business-to-business channels, and collaborate on budgeting and growth investments. Additional responsibilities include managing personnel matters and strengthening relationships with the local business community. The ideal candidate brings steady, people-first leadership and experience guiding teams through change, building trust, and developing managers. Relevant experience in multi-location retail, consultative or high-value sales, and production or light manufacturing is important. Candidates should be comfortable with financial statements, profit-and-loss management, margins, and operational costs, and able to establish practical systems and accountability. Strong communication, coaching, adaptability, resourcefulness, and a collaborative approach are also required.
