Vice President of Supply Chain & Procurement Greater St. Petersburg, FL Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Supply Chain and Procurement to lead enterprise-wide supply chain and procurement strategy across multiple sites. The role oversees sourcing, planning, inventory, warehousing, distribution, and order fulfillment, while building consistent operating practices and developing strong teams. The executive will lead cross-functional transformation, align demand and capacity through sales and operations planning, strengthen supplier performance and supply continuity, and improve customer service. They will also own performance commitments for cost, margin, inventory, working capital, and cash, using reliable dashboards and disciplined reviews to drive measurable results. Additional responsibilities include ensuring effective controls, continuous improvement, and compliance in a regulated manufacturing environment. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance, or a related field, along with at least 15 years of progressive experience and senior leadership of multi-site teams. Required expertise includes strategic sourcing, supplier management, planning, inventory, distribution, customer service, and financial performance, as well as experience in contract and regulated manufacturing and working knowledge of applicable quality and regulatory requirements. A demonstrated record of leading enterprise transformation and delivering quantified improvements is essential, along with proficiency in ERP systems, analytics, dashboards, Lean methods, and change leadership. Experience operating in a private equity-backed environment and communicating performance to executive or board-level stakeholders is also required. An advanced degree or relevant certifications, and experience with acquisitions, international sourcing, or digital transformation, are preferred.
