Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to shape global research and development strategy and lead a large, multidisciplinary engineering organization. The role includes setting a three-to-five-year technology roadmap focused on electrification, connected solutions, modular platforms, and sustainable technology. The CTO will strengthen organizational structure, talent development, and engineering culture while overseeing end-to-end product development, technical standards, validation, and global laboratory operations. The position also requires close collaboration with business and operational leaders to balance innovation, time to market, quality, safety, and commercial goals. Candidates should have at least 15 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering discipline such as mechanical engineering, power electronics, battery systems, or electrical and electronic engineering. Deep mechatronics expertise and broad knowledge of battery systems, motors, embedded controls, product reliability, and global certifications are required. Applicants should have a record of building reusable product platforms and standardized development processes, along with strong commercial judgment and experience managing product safety, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance. Fluent English, a global mindset, and experience collaborating across regions and cultures are essential.
