Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead its finance function and support its next phase of growth. The role oversees financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial controls, while partnering with operational leaders to improve project profitability and commercial performance. A key focus is strengthening project costing, processes, and reporting to provide clearer performance insights and support decision-making. The position combines hands-on financial leadership with broader commercial and strategic influence. Candidates should hold a CA or CPA qualification and bring strong technical accounting expertise, commercial acumen, and demonstrated leadership capability. Experience in construction, engineering, project-based services, or a similarly operational environment is valued. The ideal candidate can work through financial detail, engage senior stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and translate financial information into practical outcomes. Strong communication, financial discipline, a proactive and collaborative leadership style, and the ability to influence decisions are essential.
