Senior Managing Director, Systematic Equity Portfolio Management

The Company is in search of a Senior Managing Director for Systematic Equity Portfolio Management. This senior investment leader will be responsible for the regional portfolio management leadership across EMEA and APAC, ensuring the consistent and disciplined implementation of investment strategies. The role involves overseeing regional portfolio construction, trading coordination, and compliance with client and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will also be tasked with aligning regional processes with global investment frameworks, representing the company with key clients and partners, and driving product development and growth in line with regional demand and regulatory considerations. Candidates for this role should have a deep expertise in systematic/quantitative equity investing, with a preference for those holding a CFA, MBA, or equivalent. The position requires a strong understanding of global markets and regulatory environments, as well as the ability to balance global consistency with regional needs. The ideal candidate will have a commercial orientation, experience in client engagement, and a proven track record in product development. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills are essential, as is the ability to lead and develop geographically distributed teams.
