Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead its finance function and support the delivery of major infrastructure programs. The role oversees financial strategy, budgets, performance, management frameworks, analysis, and reporting, while building effective partnerships across the organization and with external stakeholders. As a trusted advisor to executive leadership, the CFO will provide practical financial guidance, maintain compliance, and support operational and project delivery. Responsibilities also include leading a team that delivers high-quality financial advice and services. Candidates should be experienced finance leaders with a background in commercial operations and strong knowledge of public-sector financial requirements and accounting standards. Membership in a recognized professional accounting body is required. Applicants must demonstrate success in long-term financial projections and business planning, budget and reporting management, cash-flow oversight, and project performance forecasting. Experience assessing accounting treatment for complex and unique commercial transactions in a public-sector context is also essential.
