Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The successful candidate will be a key player in the business, taking ownership of the finance function and working closely with the CEO and owners to strengthen the financial and commercial capability. This broad and influential role involves financial reporting, controls and governance, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow and working capital management, as well as providing commercial analysis and insight. The CFO will be responsible for improving the quality and usefulness of financial information, developing meaningful KPIs and dashboards, and leading improvements across systems, technology, data, and automation. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should be CA/CPA qualified with a strong background in technical accounting, financial management, and commercial judgement. The role requires a candidate who can not only produce financial data but also interpret it to provide meaningful commercial insight.
