Head of Finance

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to lead its finance function and serve as a trusted adviser to senior leadership. Responsibilities include supporting strategic decisions and growth, delivering monthly and board reporting, and leading budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, statutory reporting, and audits. The role will strengthen governance and financial controls, provide insight into profitability and working capital, manage foreign-exchange risk, and improve inventory reporting and analysis. The Head of Finance will also oversee finance activities across regional operations, lead and develop the finance team, and take on company secretary responsibilities. Candidates should hold a CA or CPA qualification and have finance leadership experience in industrial manufacturing, import and distribution, or a related sector, ideally in a mid-sized business. Strong knowledge of inventory accounting, working capital, and supply chain dynamics is required, along with experience partnering with executives and operational leaders to improve performance. Applicants should bring expertise in budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and cash flow management, as well as a strong governance mindset. Previous company secretary experience, or willingness to assume those duties, and experience with ERP systems are also required.
