Head of Finance

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to lead its finance function and oversee a small team. Responsibilities include managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, governance, compliance, and financial controls. The role will oversee audits and statutory reporting, prepare Board and executive materials, and provide financial analysis to support leadership decisions. The successful candidate will also partner with stakeholders, develop team capability, and drive improvements to finance systems, processes, and operational efficiency. Candidates should have a finance or accounting qualification; a CA or CPA designation is highly regarded. They should bring strong expertise in financial control, governance, compliance, and reporting, along with experience managing audits, external stakeholders, budgets, and forecasts. The role requires systems capability, experience optimizing processes across multiple operating entities, and the ability to mentor a small team. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills are essential, as are a pragmatic, detail-oriented approach and a commitment to continuous improvement.
