The Company is seeking a Board Chair to lead its governing board and guide the strategic direction and oversight of a major energy infrastructure organization. The Chair will help oversee organizational affairs, operating and governance structures, and delivery of commitments related to the transition to a renewable energy future. Responsibilities include providing strategic leadership, overseeing major infrastructure planning and delivery, and engaging with key stakeholders and communities. The role also involves ensuring effective governance and oversight of organizational performance. Candidates must have experience in senior executive or Board Chair roles and expertise in strategic leadership and/or delivery of major infrastructure projects. Experience in at least two additional areas is desirable, including energy, project finance, community or First Nations engagement, government policy and regulation, infrastructure planning and approvals, regional development, financial oversight, audit and risk, human resources, or legal matters. Strong governance skills and the ability to guide complex organizations and infrastructure initiatives are important.
