The Company is seeking a CEO and Co-founder to join their early-stage startup, with a focus on developing automation solutions using robotics technologies. This hands-on role is pivotal in shaping the product vision and business strategy, defining the market approach, and building the company's operational and organizational foundations. The successful candidate will be responsible for co-managing the company, executing the strategic vision, and leading a small, high-performing team. Key tasks include identifying market opportunities, aligning product strategy with customer needs, and fostering strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. The role demands a leader with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, excellent networking skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-uncertainty startup environment. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years' leadership experience in startups or technology companies, at least 3 years' experience with robotics technologies, and a proven track record in building products or ventures from the ground up. A strong understanding of technology trends, business development strategies, and experience in project management and process design are essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in deep tech or engineering-driven startups, experience with hardware and software products, and a history of collaborating with investors or participating in fundraising processes. Fluency in Polish and English is a must, with a preference for those with experience in robotics automation platforms or industrial automation. The role offers the opportunity to have a real influence over the company's direction, high autonomy in product and business development, and the support of an experienced startup studio and capital group.
