Head of Business Strategy, M&A Focus

The Company is seeking a Head of Business Strategy with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. Responsibilities include sourcing and evaluating opportunities, conducting due diligence, structuring and negotiating deals, and personally leading post-merger integration to support the growth of acquired businesses. The role will also assess the existing business portfolio and lead decisions to restructure, exit, or scale back underperforming areas. As needed, the successful candidate may take direct responsibility for a business unit’s profit and loss, while partnering with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, capital allocation, portfolio management, and strategic finance. Candidates should have experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate roles such as corporate planning, business planning, or M&A. Strong knowledge of the artificial intelligence industry is required. The role calls for the ability to combine transaction expertise with hands-on business leadership and strategic judgment. English proficiency is not required.
