Head of Corporate Department

The Company is seeking a Head of Corporate Department to build and strengthen its medium-term management system in alignment with business strategy. Responsibilities include overseeing back-office operations, managing and developing teams, and coordinating accounting, legal affairs, business planning, and internal audit activities. The role will also lead corporate governance and internal control initiatives, establish company-wide risk management measures, and organize board and shareholder meetings. Working closely with senior leadership, the successful candidate will identify organizational challenges and drive practical solutions. Candidates should have at least three years of management experience, accounting skills sufficient to handle journal entries and financial statements, and experience strengthening corporate functions in collaboration with management. Strong stakeholder coordination, problem-solving, and fluent Japanese are required, along with a bachelor’s degree. Experience managing administrative functions in technology service businesses, making decisions in uncertain situations, or leading initial public offering preparations is preferred.
