Head of Operations

The Company is seeking a Head of Operations to lead operational functions across material management, logistics, customer service, performance optimization, and team development. Responsibilities include overseeing yard operations, order management, site supervision, and freight management; driving operational KPIs, profitability, efficiency, and cost control; and improving commercial, reverse logistics, material, and facility processes. The role also integrates operational planning with financial planning, manages material quality and portfolio performance, and coordinates with sales, engineering, and finance. The successful candidate will recruit and develop operations staff and lead strategic improvement initiatives. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or higher in business, general management, operations, or logistics, along with more than five years of operational or logistics experience; construction services experience is an advantage. Leadership and people-development experience, familiarity with business models and operational procedures, and knowledge of cost control are required. Applicants should be proficient in Microsoft Office and related operational systems, including PSD, and hold a valid health and safety qualification. Native-level English and Japanese, along with strong management, intercultural, and interpersonal skills, are essential.
