Head of Procurement

The Company is seeking a Head of Procurement to oversee procurement across direct and indirect material categories. Responsibilities include managing a team of approximately six to seven people and collaborating with global and regional teams. The role requires broad procurement oversight and effective coordination across international stakeholders. Candidates should have procurement experience covering both direct and indirect materials, along with people-management experience. A bachelor’s degree is required, as are fluent Japanese and business-level English. Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
