President

The Company is seeking a President to lead its Japanese healthcare advisory business. The role is responsible for setting and executing local business strategies aligned with global priorities, managing overall profit and loss, and driving revenue growth and profitability. The President will oversee budgets and forecasts, strengthen existing client relationships, develop new business opportunities, and build relationships with senior leaders in pharmaceutical and life sciences organizations. The position also leads the local management team, fosters a high-performance culture, and collaborates with global leadership on business reviews and strategic decisions. Candidates should have senior management experience in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or management consulting, along with a record of growing business units with full P&L responsibility. Demonstrated business development success and the ability to build relationships with senior clients are required. A bachelor’s degree, fluent Japanese, understanding of pharmaceutical commercial functions, and strong executive credibility and influence are also essential. Experience with healthcare operations, benchmarking, business development, or organizational transformation in a rapidly changing environment is preferred.
