Senior Counsel

The Company is seeking a Senior Counsel to support domestic and Asia-Pacific projects from a legal perspective. Responsibilities include developing contract, licensing, and compliance guidelines in collaboration with international legal teams, drafting agreements, and advising on project operations. The role will help oversee legal matters across the region and work closely with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions. Candidates must hold a lawyer’s license in Japan, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, or Canada, and be able to draft contracts in both Japanese and English. Fluency in Japanese and business-level English are required. Experience in the semiconductor industry is not required.
