Vice President of Product

The Company is seeking a VP of Product to take ownership of the platform's vision, roadmap, and prioritization. This leadership role involves leading the Product and Design teams, working closely with the executive leadership and development teams, and making strategic decisions that align with the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and defending the product vision, connecting product decisions to business goals, and leading the evolution of the AI product offering. A key aspect of the role is to make data-driven decisions, represent the product externally, and work with Marketing and Sales on product positioning. Applicants for the VP of Product position at the company should have a strong background in software product roles, with at least 8 years' experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity. The role requires a deep understanding of APIs, integrations, and architectural concepts that impact product decisions. Experience with complex software, enterprise customers, and B2B products is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of business judgment, experience with AI applied to product, and the ability to lead design with UX/UI judgment. Fluency in English and Spanish is a must, and experience in subscription-based B2B SaaS, PIM, PXM, MDM, ERP, or related fields is a plus.
