Head of Edible Nuts

The Company is seeking a Head of Edible Nuts to lead and grow its edible-nuts business. The role carries responsibility for P&L performance, commercial strategy, and business growth across European markets. The successful candidate will actively manage physical trading across a range of edible nuts, develop customer relationships, and identify new trading opportunities. They will also lead and mentor a team, expand customer acquisition and trading volumes, build strategic partnerships, and oversee pricing, procurement, inventory, and commercial risk. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in physical edible-nuts trading and strong market knowledge across relevant agricultural commodities. A proven record of developing trading activities, building customer relationships, and generating profitable business in European markets is required. Applicants should also bring leadership experience managing teams and commercial operations, including accountability for P&L performance. An entrepreneurial, hands-on, commercially driven approach is essential.
