The Managing Director for Insurance Brokerage will play a pivotal role in this development, working closely with the CEO of the Austrian holding to lead the operational brokerage organization. This key position involves merging companies, teams, and competencies, establishing common structures, and driving integration, growth, and business development. The successful candidate will have a strategic and operational responsibility for the Austrian brokerage business, including the integration of existing broker companies, the development of a cohesive organizational identity, and the management of economic performance. A strong background in a leadership role, with a focus on integration, transformation, and a proven track record in commercial and entrepreneurial management, is essential. Experience in sales, business development, and B2B, particularly in the insurance, brokerage, or financial services sector, is highly advantageous. The role requires a leader with a hands-on mentality, excellent communication, and integration skills, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
