Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Director (CEO) for its construction and project management division. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and executing a long-term strategy that drives the company's growth and development, both in local and international markets. This role involves managing a portfolio of large-scale commercial and residential real estate projects, ensuring their successful delivery within the defined parameters of quality, budget, and timeline. The Director will also be tasked with overseeing the financial performance of the division, fostering strong relationships with various stakeholders, and continuously improving project management standards and processes. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' of leadership experience in the construction, real estate development, or general contracting sectors, with a proven track record of managing complex projects. The role requires a strategic thinker with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, capable of translating ambitious goals into actionable plans. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, and hold a higher education degree in a relevant field. Proficiency in Lithuanian and English is essential, with knowledge of Russian being an advantage. Experience in international projects and a background in financial management are also key requirements for this position.
