Chief Revenue & Analytics Officer

The Company is seeking a Chief Revenue & Analytics Officer to play a pivotal role in its evolution into an AI-first organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the unit economics that drive the business, including LTV, CAC, and margin by plan and segment. This role demands a deep understanding of pricing models, from new and renewal price points to the strategic decisions around pricing AI products. The Chief Revenue & Analytics Officer will also oversee the entire customer experience post-purchase, with a focus on onboarding, activation, renewal, and cross-selling. The company is looking for a leader who can not only manage the current analytics team but also reshape its operating model to be more proactive and embedded in the business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading a central analytics organization, changing its approach, and owning monetization with P&L accountability in a subscription business. Candidates for this role at the company should be prepared to take on a greenfield C-level mandate, with no short-term pressure on results but a clear expectation of long-term impact. The role requires a leader who can build and lead a team, earn trust without formal authority, and make data-driven decisions that align with the company's vision. Experience in consumer subscription, SaaS, telco, or streaming is highly valued, as is a strong background in operating at a large scale and managing the intricacies of customer retention and monetization.
