Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Greater Vilnius, Lithuania Area

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to define and execute its strategic and commercial vision, lead business operations and financial performance, and drive organizational growth across multiple markets. The role includes developing business opportunities, strengthening relationships with regulators, banking partners, investors, and other stakeholders, and overseeing regulated financial operations. The CEO will guide the development of payment and digital finance offerings while fostering strong governance, risk management, and operational excellence. The position also involves reporting on strategy, performance, and key initiatives to the Board. Candidates should have at least seven years of executive leadership experience in regulated financial services, with prior experience as a CEO, Managing Director, Deputy CEO, COO, or Executive Director. A strong background in banking, payments, fintech, or regulated financial institutions is required, along with success scaling businesses and leading international teams. Applicants should bring deep knowledge of European payments, banking infrastructure, treasury, and financial regulation, including relevant compliance frameworks. Experience with digital assets or blockchain-based financial services is desirable, as are exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, commercial, and strategic execution skills.
