The Company is seeking a Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be an ambitious entrepreneur with a strong desire to start and scale their own startup. As a CSO, you will be responsible for owning, building, and running your startup, with a focus on fields such as DevTools. The role involves an extensive personal development journey, including a fully customized program for goal, time, and energy management, as well as intensive coaching to prepare the startup for significant funding rounds. The ideal candidate should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation, and must be willing to take full responsibility for their startup, with the goal of scaling it to over €100M in revenues. Applicants for the CSO position at the company should be prepared to work closely with serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders, receiving 1:1 sparring on a weekly basis. The role also includes support in team building, distribution, and funding, with a strong emphasis on reaching product-market fit and building a sales force or marketing engine. The company is particularly interested in outlier personalities and serial entrepreneurs who are ready to take on the challenge of building a €1B+ company. Excellent communication skills in English are a must, and the candidate should be ready to iterate their product and make it ready for significant growth.
