Chief Operating Officer (COO) Greater Warsaw, Poland Area

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead its regional operating model and oversee the full service-delivery lifecycle, from planning and design through execution and evaluation. The role aligns teams, capabilities, technology, delivery, and commercial priorities around shared goals, while improving processes, quality, client outcomes, and financial performance. The COO will lead AI-enabled transformation, workflow redesign, and workforce planning, and establish performance measures, governance, and accountability for strategic execution. Responsibilities also include managing operational and contractual risks, developing talent, scaling proven capabilities, and supporting new business while maintaining high delivery standards. Candidates should bring extensive senior leadership experience in complex, multi-country operations or delivery environments, ideally involving production, commerce, web, technology, or language services. They should have a strong record of designing operating models, leading AI and automation initiatives, and translating strategy into clear ownership, milestones, KPIs, and corrective actions. Required strengths include commercial and financial management, performance governance, workforce transformation, risk management, and stakeholder and client leadership. The role also calls for experience developing diverse teams, scaling capabilities across regional or global networks, and implementing technology and process improvements. Professional proficiency in English and strong communication and change-management skills are required.
