President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company seeks a visionary President and Chief Executive Officer to lead a complex organization dedicated to ending domestic violence. The CEO will build on the organization’s history and grassroots roots, strengthen its voice and thought leadership, and work with coalition members to advance its mission. The role includes guiding programs that provide training, technical assistance, education, and support, as well as services addressing survivors’ economic, housing, and legal needs. The CEO will also develop the infrastructure needed to support continued organizational growth and sustainability. Candidates should bring a strong record of leading complex organizations and a deep commitment to the mission. The role calls for strategic leadership, the ability to build organizational capacity, and skill in engaging and aligning a broad coalition of stakeholders.
